Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests within 14 days of your package’s arrival, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels and tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and socks cannot be exchanged.
- The return parcel must include the return label and invoice to avoid delays or rejection.
- Exchanges are processed as store credit equal to the full price of the returned item. Sale items exchanged post-sale will be credited at the current or original price.
- The returned item must match the exchange request to avoid rejection.
- Only one return request can be created per order.
Refund Policy
We accept refund requests within 14 days of your package’s arrival, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels and tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and socks cannot be returned.
- The return parcel must include the return label and invoice to avoid delays or rejection.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method, except:
- Cash on delivery payments will be refunded as Online mode of Transaction.
- Orders made through payment processors like Tabby or Klarna are subject to their terms and conditions.
- Original delivery charges are not refundable.
- The returned item must match the return request to avoid rejection.
Disclaimer for Exchanges & Refunds
All exchanges and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at ADATTO’s discretion. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet our criteria. Promotional offers are exempt from refunds but may be exchanged under standard terms. If a product is rejected for return, we will attempt to redeliver twice before forwarding the product for liquidation. Incorrect items returned to us are the sender’s responsibility, and ADATTO will not be liable for returning such items.
Missing & Wrong Items Policy
If your order has missing or incorrect items, please contact our support team at Adattouae@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Provide the following information to help us resolve the issue:
- Your order number
- The name of the missing item(s) or
- Pictures of the incorrect item(s) received
Our support team will review your case and guide within 3 working days. Timely communication and evidence are crucial for resolving these issues fairly.
